Included in Raykon Construction services is what we call our Raykon Property Maintenance Program. We recognize that there is a need for homes to be taken care of and maintained on an annual basis after the 12 month warranty period expires. Your cars, boats, pools, landscaping, etc. all require some attention and maintenance. Homes are not an exception. In 2018 we began implementation of a service to our clients whom we’ve built for.

This is a service where our Property Maintenance Technician will do a 175 point inspection on your home. Some of those items include: Checking the air filter, Soft water Brine tank, squeaking doors, flushing out the water heaters, seals of windows and exterior doors, washing windows, pressure washing, sealing of concrete or asphalt, drywall repairs and paint touch up, etc.

The technician will present you with an estimate for those services of recommended maintenance. The client at that time can choose to proceed with the service or pass. The benefit is you are having a trained professional inspect and review the home and can point out items that you may not even consider to be an action item for maintenance prior to having something more drastic fail due to lack of maintenance or care.

There is a true value of having someone with the same interest of taking care of your home who has similar expectations of standards of quality and service is hard to measure. Since we built the home we have your plans and the subcontractors who worked on your home who can take care of the problem or assist in finding a solution.

These items are likely not going to be covered under warranty because this service is performed after the 12 month warranty in the contractor agreement. However, if there are materials or manufacturing warranties that still apply we can assist in helping those warranties carry through.

This service also gives you one point of contact for your home. Just like when we built your home you didn’t call the framer, electricians, or plumbers to make a change or repair. You reached out to us to carry on the change or decision. Very similar on the maintenance side of things. Your point of reference is the Manager of the maintenance program. Then allow for him to get the issue resolved in a timely/stress free manner.

We carry the same modo as the construction side “Quality you can Depend on”. We pride ourselves on the dependability and the integrity of the service and this is proven time after time again. We recognize we are starting this journey of the home building at the beginning stages. We want that service to continue through as you enjoy the home while living in it for many years afterwards.
